Tuna White Sauce for Pasta

I don't cook food unless it only involves heating, mixing, and/or stirring...

6 - cans of (I prefer using Century) Tuna --- Flakes in Vegetable Oil, drained...

4 - 250ml (Nestle also works) Tetra Paks of all-purpose cream...

1 small can of mushroom, drained...
(Not required but it adds some texture to the sauce)

Just mix the ingredients, season it to taste (I prefer Basil + Thyme + Oregano + Pepper)...
Pour (or mix) the sauce on the pasta of your choice, then add grated cheese...

Comments:
     Serving Sized: 12-16 plates

The sauce has a lot of tuna (which I prefer)...
Decreasing the tuna to 4 or 5 cans, will be  preferred by some people...

Do not add water as it may ruin the taste, and make it bland...
(you can add milk to make it creamier but you must be careful not to ruin the flavour)
