Trellis, Matino Street (corner Kalayaan Ave.), QC

Celebrating birthday are never wild... (especially mine) I don't celebrate my birthday
on the exact date so don't go around posting/commenting about greeting and (shit)
sheez...
I chose to eat here for only 1 reason, to try out their Pork Sisig... Since Pork Sisig is a
big part of my childhood days, I need to find a restaurant to match that happiness that
goes with it...

It's not my beer though...

Not watery even with the ice halfway melted...

Trellis Iced Tea --- P50
   Value: 3.5 / 5
   Taste: 4.0 / 5

The skin's all crispy minus the stickiness... The meat's all tender and not oily...
The vegetables + oyster sauce mix well with the scrumptious (heart attack) tasty pork
meat...

Lechon Kawali served w/ Kangkong in Oyster Sauce --- P240
     Value: 3.0 / 5
     Taste: 4.5 / 5

The sizzling flavors comes from properly cooked pork insides and/or skins... This
unexpectedly went well... But, there was a little bit of aftertaste...

Pork Sisig --- P189
     Value: 4.0 / 5
     Taste: 4.5 / 5

The sauce used in the dish is strong and bursting with flavour which is not that nice
eaten without carbs(rice or bread) to balance the flavour... The good thing is that the
meat's tender and can be easily removed from the bones (not much bones or inedible
stuff though)...

Spiced Spareribs --- P240
     Value: 3.5 / 5
     Taste: 4.0 / 5
